Strategy to Clear Judiciary Examination
To prepare effectively for the exam, students should follow a structured and focused study plan. The key points include:
- Thorough Study of Bare Acts:
A clear understanding of the language and provisions of relevant Bare Acts is essential. Focus should be given to important definitions, sections, and any recent amendments. - Conceptual Clarity:
Students should aim to develop a strong grasp of fundamental legal concepts, as questions often test the application of these principles. - General Knowledge (if applicable):
If General Knowledge is part of the syllabus, students should carefully review the examination notification to identify the relevant topics and prepare accordingly. - Practice with Previous Year Papers:
Regular practice of previous years’ question papers helps in understanding the exam pattern, managing time effectively, and identifying frequently asked topics.

What will be Language & Mode of Teaching?
The language will be Hinglish i.e. there will be mix of Hindi and English language and mode of teaching will be Online.

Link for Live Classes will be made accessible on the website as well as through email and messages. Recorded classes can be seen through student account login.
What about doubt clearing?
After the class, students can ask questions to clear doubts.
Is this course for Hindi Medium or English Medium Students?
The mode of teaching is Hinglish. So both English as well as Hindi medium students can easily understand.
What about Fee Payment and Refund Policy?
It is highly recommended to watch the demo class videos before purchasing course for Judiciary Exam.
The total course fee of Rs 18,000 (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) shall be payable in full at the time of admission and shall entitle the students to access the judiciary coaching programme for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of enrolment with class recordings available for 3 years. However, our Refund Policy is as follows-
In the event that ABC Law Academy is, due to unforeseen circumstances, unable to conduct classes for the entire duration of twelve (12) months, the student shall be entitled to a refund on a pro-rata basis for each complete calendar month during which classes were not conducted. Such refund shall be calculated at the rate of ₹1,500 (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) per month. It is further clarified that if the syllabus is completed prior to the expiry of the twelve-month period, no refund shall be payable on that ground alone. In such cases, the student shall continue to have access to recorded lectures for the classes conducted for that batch for the remaining duration of 3 years from the date of admission. No refund shall be admissible in cases where the student voluntarily withdraws from the course, discontinues attendance, or otherwise fails to avail the services offered under the Judiciary coaching programme.

We reserve the right to postpone/cancel a Batch/Class, or an event, for any reason whatsoever, in or beyond our control.
What happens if I miss any class?
Students can watch recorded classes from the student account login.
